Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance by managing an assigned territory through outbound PwD interactions
- Support field sales representatives by qualifying leads, following up on opportunities, and maintaining account continuity
- Promote MiniMed products and solutions, including insulin delivery systems, CGM technologies and services
- Execute sales activities aligned with territory plans, business objectives, and compliance requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with PwD, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders
- Deliver product education, value messaging, and updates through phone and digital platforms
- Respond to PwD inquiries related to product features, ordering and general support
- Partner with field sales, clinical teams and customer service to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Coordinate follow-ups and handoffs to appropriate internal teams
- Accurately document customer interactions and opportunities in CRM systems
