Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive sales performance by managing an assigned territory through outbound PwD interactions
  • •Support field sales representatives by qualifying leads, following up on opportunities, and maintaining account continuity
  • •Promote MiniMed products and solutions, including insulin delivery systems, CGM technologies and services
  • •Execute sales activities aligned with territory plans, business objectives, and compliance requirements
  • •Build and maintain strong relationships with PwD, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders
  • •Deliver product education, value messaging, and updates through phone and digital platforms
  • •Respond to PwD inquiries related to product features, ordering and general support
  • •Partner with field sales, clinical teams and customer service to ensure a seamless customer journey
  • •Coordinate follow-ups and handoffs to appropriate internal teams
  • •Accurately document customer interactions and opportunities in CRM systems
