Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Technical & Facilities function, ensuring legal compliance, safety, and operational readiness.
- Plan and execute preventative maintenance programmes for all attractions, equipment, and building systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues swiftly to minimise downtime.
- Manage on-site contractors and external partners.
- Oversee stock management, tools, spare parts, and maintenance budgets.
- Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and compliance records.
- Play a key role in health & safety, risk assessments, and emergency procedures.
- Support wider attraction projects, refurbishments, and new installations.
- Collaborate with Operations, Guest Experience, and LEGO Model teams.
