Key Responsibilities

•Carry out planned preventative maintenance across the attraction.
•Diagnose faults and complete repairs to technical equipment and facilities.
•Maintain rides, interactive attractions, AV equipment and building services.
•Ensure all equipment, tools and work areas are maintained to a high standard.
•Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment and projects.
•Ensure the attraction operates safely for both guests and colleagues.
•Complete daily health & safety, fire safety and maintenance inspections.
•Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
•Follow all safe systems of work, risk assessments and Merlin Health & Safety procedures.
•Support emergency procedures when required.
•Assist with opening and closing procedures.
•Respond promptly to operational maintenance issues.
•Work collaboratively with all departments to minimise downtime.
•Help maintain both guest-facing and behind-the-scenes areas to the highest standards.
•Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
•Support annual maintenance planning.
•Contribute ideas to improve the attraction and guest experience.
