Key Responsibilities

•Work alongside the Senior Copywriter to audit high-traffic pages on the MWS website, optimizing web copy for SEO, tone of voice and storytelling.
•Collaborate with the CRM team to plan and write weekly email campaigns tied to live auctions and major sporting events, engaging our global fanbase.
•Own specific CRM projects and help develop our AI copywriting tool by iterating on prompts to increase campaign scale and accuracy.
•Create weekly blog posts crafting engaging stories around our most interesting match-worn shirts to drive direct web traffic.
•Help build "bullet-proof" copy guidelines for the website to ensure consistency in brand voice and SEO best practices.
•Respond to copy requests across the business, adapting messaging and tone for different channels and audiences.
