Key Responsibilities
- Define the global standard for workplace and experience across every office, event, and stage of someone's time at Manychat.
- Shape Manychat offices as a home for employees and a brand statement for partners, creators, and clients.
- Lead office improvement and new hub development from brief to handover, working with landlords, vendors, and creative partners.
- Own the global vendor and facilities framework and set standards for local implementation.
- Partner with exec leadership to build recognition architecture that makes people feel seen.
- Own the vision for the global events platform including company-wide moments, offsites, and local events.
- Lead and grow your team, setting direction and building people who raise the standard.
- Track workplace and experience signals across locations and turn them into action.
- Define Manychat's point of view on AI and the future of work and lead programs in onboarding, recognition, and physical space.
