Key Responsibilities
- Define problems by speaking directly to business users

- Design solutions creating briefs, wireframes or proof of concept

- Work closely with engineering team to create solutions
- Drive successful adoption by training users and tracking success
- Run solution until transferred to permanent owner
- Ensure patient intake process minimizes admin for practitioners
- Set up ERP for rapidly scaling made-to-order production
- Implement health insurance declaration in complex foreign markets
