Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for store image at all times, ensuring it is attractive and commercial.
- Apply visual merchandising standards and guidelines.
- Perform store changes in a quick and orderly manner.
- Be aware of sales figures and performance indicators to take product-based measures.
- Be aware of customer profile, product potential, and competitor strategies.
- Communicate with the team about new products and merchandising changes, and make suggestions regarding out-of-stock garments.
- Continuously report to the management team and support them in specific managerial store duties.
