Key Responsibilities

  • •Support job evaluation, grading structures, and role levelling to promote internal equity and consistency.
  • •Support market benchmarking activities, including salary survey participation and analysis.
  • •Support executive and senior leader compensation activities through data analysis, benchmarking, and modelling.
  • •Support the annual launch and administration of bonus and sales commission processes.
  • •Contribute to the harmonization of bonus plan design, cost, and OTE for entities merged into Malvern Panalytical.
  • •Work with Finance during the annual budgeting process to support country-level merit increase planning and reward cost analysis.
  • •Use reward analytics to identify trends and potential risks; prepare regular and ad-hoc reporting on reward outcomes and workforce costs.
  • •Support compliance activities related to reward governance, including contributions to EU Pay Transparency Directive reporting.
  • •Ensure data accuracy and integrity in HR systems; support Workday reward processes and improvements.
  • •Provide analytical support and guidance to HR Business Partners and HR Operations on reward policies, processes, and data interpretation.
