Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary enablement partner for all sales roles across EMEA
- Partner with sales leaders to identify skill gaps and regional needs
- Customize global enablement programs for EMEA-specific needs
- Facilitate live enablement workshops
- Design and facilitate hands-on workshops focused on achieving targets
- Craft and execute high-impact coaching plans
- Support regional launches for new products, messaging, and initiatives
- Create and maintain enablement assets (playbooks, guides, etc.)
- Support frontline managers with coaching guidance
- Evaluate effectiveness of coaching using data-driven insights
- Share EMEA field insights with global partners
- Build manager-facing resources and run manager enablement sessions
- Leverage AI-enabled insights to identify skill gaps and personalize coaching
- Support execution of global new hire onboarding program
- Facilitate onboarding sessions and one-on-one coaching
- Track new hire progress and provide targeted coaching
