Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary enablement partner for all sales roles across EMEA
  • •Partner with sales leaders to identify skill gaps and regional needs
  • •Customize global enablement programs for EMEA-specific needs
  • •Facilitate live enablement workshops
  • •Design and facilitate hands-on workshops focused on achieving targets
  • •Craft and execute high-impact coaching plans
  • •Support regional launches for new products, messaging, and initiatives
  • •Create and maintain enablement assets (playbooks, guides, etc.)
  • •Support frontline managers with coaching guidance
  • •Evaluate effectiveness of coaching using data-driven insights
  • •Share EMEA field insights with global partners
  • •Build manager-facing resources and run manager enablement sessions
  • •Leverage AI-enabled insights to identify skill gaps and personalize coaching
  • •Support execution of global new hire onboarding program
  • •Facilitate onboarding sessions and one-on-one coaching
  • •Track new hire progress and provide targeted coaching
