Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive regional technical strategy, governance, performance metrics, and operational reviews across European markets.
- Act as primary liaison between European operations and cross-functional global teams, driving escalation management and issue resolution.
- Represent Aftersales and Technical Operations in business transformation projects, new market launches, and strategic programs.
- Lead continuous improvement of technical support operations using data analytics to optimize workflows, escalation management, and service performance.
- Oversee Technical Support & Escalation Management.
- Oversee Field Quality Engineering.
