- Define and execute Loop's technology strategy aligned with business ambitions.
- Manage the technology portfolio with build, buy, scale, and sunset decisions.
- Partner with CEO and leadership team to shape company strategy and investment priorities.
- Build and scale technology capabilities for digital products, AI enablement, and internal platforms.
- Develop a high-performing technology organization with clear ownership and continuous learning culture.
- Establish architecture, engineering standards, security, and governance for fast reliable delivery.
- Collaborate across Product, Firmware, Data, Operations to simplify decision-making and accelerate execution.
