Key Responsibilities
- Direct, coach, and develop a high-performing Customer Collaboration team.
- Lead and drive the CPFR process, integrating customer demand into S&OP cycles.
- Lead end-to-end order-to-cash cycle for strategic accounts, focusing on OTIF, OSA, and minimizing inventory aging.
- Act as primary operational liaison for Regional Commercial Organizations to optimize Total Cost to Serve.
- Oversee development of dashboards for supply chain health metrics.
- Identify structural gaps and implement scalable solutions like VMI or automated replenishment.
