Key Responsibilities
- Oversee supply replenishment processes from daily order management to logistics fulfillment
- Coordinate logistics capacity with 3PL aligning to collaborative planning expectations
- Work closely with Amazon Collaboration Manager to align on forecast, supply commitment, service-level and logistics capabilities
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert of Amazon operational performance (VTTD, DWC, PIB)
- Collaborate with 3PL and carriers to resolve daily delivery challenges
- Continuously improve customer service and anticipate potential disruptions
- Support and act as back-up to Customer Collaboration managers in managing customer expectations
