•Develop and implement the commissioning strategy, plans, and procedures for the project.
•Drive the end-to-end commissioning process, including scope, schedule, and quality assurance.
•Attend key project meetings, monitor progress, and proactively resolve issues.
•Conduct site inspections to review QA/QC and commissioning activities.
•Provide independent oversight of client-appointed commissioning teams and third-party vendors.
•Facilitate coordination between design, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure seamless integration.
•Review and approve detailed commissioning scripts and documentation.
•Track and report progress on commissioning milestones, budgets, and interdependencies.
•Ensure compliance with client standards, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
