•Translate complex business requirements into high-quality user stories, functional specifications, and system flowcharts for AI models and agentic workflows.
•Act as the primary conduit between specialized content teams, internal IT, and external development partners.
•Design detailed process flows, UML models, and data conversion strategies for structured and unstructured data.
•Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, managing expectations and identifying risks proactively.
•Collaborate with QA and engineering teams to maintain automated testing and product accuracy.
•Facilitate workshops and sessions to align cross-functional teams including UX, engineering, and domain experts.
