•Provide support to international colleagues with complex technical escalations, primarily through remote assistance.
•Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to support urgent situations worldwide.
•Analyse system behaviour and incidents to identify underlying root causes.
•Detect recurring patterns and translate these into concrete recommendations for product and process improvements.
•Collaborate with Product Development and other stakeholders to implement structural improvements.
•Share knowledge and insights by training and supporting colleagues in analysing complex technical issues.
•Actively contribute to improving team processes and the wider Business Team Milking organisation.
•Work across different disciplines and contribute to projects focused on testing and validating new solutions.
