Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinating the resolution of complex technical issues, supporting Lely Clusters and ensuring effective follow-up.
  • •Analyzing recurring issues and translating them into structural improvements together with Product Development and Product Management.
  • •Acting as a key connector between field insights, product teams and internal stakeholders.
  • •Driving continuous improvement by identifying patterns in data and initiating process or product optimizations.
  • •Contributing to knowledge development by improving training materials, documentation and knowledge sharing.
  • •Validating new solutions and improvements to ensure they meet Lely quality and reliability standards.
  • •Participating in the 24/7 on-call support rotation.
