Key Responsibilities
- People leadership: recruitment, onboarding, coaching, performance management.
- Run and improve Lely Hub and technician tooling operations including monitoring, backup and restore, log analysis, robot connectivity checks, secure access, and release/change control.
- Create and own the Hub & Tooling team roadmap with clear priorities and milestones.
- Own operational readiness for validation and rollout.
- Shape operational agreements with Product Development and adjacent teams, reporting on service health, MTBF, MTTR.
- Build strong relationships with Lely Clusters and Lely Centers and translate field feedback into improvements.
