Key Responsibilities
- Translate strategic direction into concrete research agendas and develop integrated research programs within regenerative agriculture and alternatives.
- Initiate, design, and implement research projects, combining existing and new sources of knowledge.
- Manage multiple research projects simultaneously, monitoring progress, quality, budget, and results.
- Provide functional leadership to multidisciplinary project teams and foster collaboration.
- Connect internal and external stakeholders, including dairy farmers, knowledge institutions, and market parties.
- Develop comprehensive proposition and service concepts, including testing, MVP development, and coordination.
- Ensure smooth handover of successful MVPs to Business Development or Director.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships and develop roadmaps for transition.
