Key Responsibilities
- Leading and coordinating the kitchen team during daily operations and busy services
- Planning and organising kitchen activities and adjusting priorities when needed
- Preparing and finishing dishes while maintaining consistent quality and presentation
- Coaching and developing kitchen colleagues and helping new team members get up to speed
- Monitoring HACCP, hygiene, food safety and kitchen standards
- Checking deliveries, stock levels and the quality of incoming products
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and teamwork
- Taking responsibility for the kitchen operation during your shift and acting as the senior point of contact for the team
