Key Responsibilities

  • •Processing full payroll administration for Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, United Kingdom & Austrian employees.
  • •Verifying, updating, and processing employee and payroll data in AFAS and Strada.
  • •Executing salary payments and ensuring accuracy of payroll runs.
  • •Submitting wage tax returns to Dutch Tax Authorities.
  • •Managing complex pension administration and coordination with pension funds.
  • •Handling HR and payroll-related correspondence via phone, email, and post.
  • •Processing contracts, employee changes, reimbursements, and lifecycle adjustments.
  • •Managing and optimising time registration system.
  • •Contributing to optimisation and professionalisation of payroll processes, including transition to partial outsourcing.
  • •Staying up to date with relevant laws and regulations.
  • •Participating in payroll and HR projects.
  • •Analysing payroll data and reporting on performance and anomalies.
