Key Responsibilities
- Build, launch and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat and LinkedIn.
- Create and scale campaigns focused on traffic, customer acquisition, engagement, bookings and revenue growth.
- Continuously improve campaign performance through audience targeting, bidding strategies, placements and budget optimization.
- Work closely with creative teams to develop high-performing social-first creatives for reels, stories, video and platform-native formats.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, landing pages and formats to improve ROAS and conversion performance.
- Collaborate with agencies and platform partners to challenge ideas, improve execution and stay ahead of platform developments.
- Ensure campaigns are set up correctly, including tracking, UTMs, naming conventions, approvals and landing page checks.
- Manage budgets accurately, monitor pacing and support campaign administration and invoicing processes.
- Explore new tools, automation opportunities and AI-driven optimizations to improve efficiency and campaign impact.
- Work cross-functionally with Brand, CRM, Digital Product, Data & Technology and local market teams across Europe.
