Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the IT Change Management process, ensuring all changes are properly assessed, authorised, prioritised, and scheduled.
- Lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Ensure risk and impact assessments are completed for all changes, including those initiated by external vendors.
- Monitor and report on key change KPIs such as success rate, failed changes, incident impact, and overall process performance.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the change management process.
- Plan and coordinate the smooth transition of new or modified IT services, vendors, or solutions into operational use.
- Validate operational readiness by reviewing documentation, support models, and knowledge transfer materials before go-live.
- Work closely with project teams and vendors to define clear acceptance criteria and ensure a controlled handover to operations.
- Maintain the service transition framework and ensure alignment with ITIL principles and Landal’s internal standards.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
- Produce clear and timely reporting on transition progress, change performance, risks, and improvement actions.
- Act as the key link between projects, vendors, and operational teams to safeguard service continuity and minimise business disruption.
