Key Responsibilities

•Define and own the product vision and roadmap for integrations across domains in Operations and Supply chain
•Lead the end-to-end implementation of new integrations
•Collaborate with architects, engineers, and domain leads to translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlog items
•Drive the transition to a decentralized integration model, enabling autonomy, scalability, and resilience across domains
•Serve as the main connection between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams
•Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, refinements, demos, retros)
•Monitor performance and quality of integration delivery and drive continuous improvement
•Ensure integration solutions follow best practices and meet security, performance, and maintainability standards
•Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities across the integration landscape
