Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage a group of around 20 Software Engineers distributed over 2 to 3 teams, ensuring they perform at their best and achieve their goals.
  • •Advocate for both people and company needs, ensuring a balanced approach that supports growth of tech specialists and company strategy.
  • •Collaborate closely with Product Owners to ensure teams deliver expected quality.
  • •Facilitate and support the Agile Way of working by participating in team meetings and facilitating workshops on feedback or other agile practices.
  • •Foster happiness and satisfaction of engineers, providing opportunities for team transitions if desired.
  • •Track key metrics such as employee NPS, team health, retention rates, and personal development.
  • •Work with HR to ensure Software Engineers are set for success and aligned with company expansion.
  • •Oversee capacity planning and coordinate the performance cycle for employees, and help lead implementation of the growth framework.
