Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage a group of around 20 Software Engineers distributed over 2 to 3 teams
  • •Focus on People Strategy, ensuring engineers perform at their best and achieve their goals
  • •Advocate for both people and company needs, balancing growth of tech specialists with company strategy
  • •Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure teams deliver expected quality
  • •Facilitate and support Agile Way of working, participating in team meetings and facilitating workshops
  • •Foster engineer happiness and satisfaction, providing opportunities for team transitions
  • •Track key metrics: employee NPS, team health, retention rates, and personal development
  • •Work with HR to align Software Engineers for success with company expansion
  • •Oversee capacity planning and coordinate performance cycle and growth framework implementation
