Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a group of around 20 Software Engineers distributed over 2 to 3 teams
- Focus on People Strategy, ensuring engineers perform at their best and achieve their goals
- Advocate for both people and company needs, balancing growth of tech specialists with company strategy
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure teams deliver expected quality
- Facilitate and support Agile Way of working, participating in team meetings and facilitating workshops
- Foster engineer happiness and satisfaction, providing opportunities for team transitions
- Track key metrics: employee NPS, team health, retention rates, and personal development
- Work with HR to align Software Engineers for success with company expansion
- Oversee capacity planning and coordinate performance cycle and growth framework implementation
