•Lead and manage a group of around 20 Software Engineers distributed over 2 to 3 teams
•Focus on People Strategy, ensuring engineers perform at their best and achieve their goals
•Advocate for both people and company needs, balancing growth of tech specialists with company strategy
•Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure teams deliver expected quality
•Facilitate and support Agile Way of working, participating in team meetings and facilitating workshops
•Foster engineer happiness and satisfaction, providing opportunities for team transitions
•Track key metrics: employee NPS, team health, retention rates, and personal development
•Work with HR to align Software Engineers for success with company expansion
