Key Responsibilities
- Drive change initiatives across Category & Buying by analyzing performance and supporting adoption of new tools, processes, and mindsets.
- Improve quality and consistency of category plans through frameworks, templates, coaching, and alignment with business objectives.
- Lead development and deployment of tools supporting category management and buying processes.
- Lead initiatives such as product lifecycle management and sourcing strategy definition, embedding structure and operational excellence.
- Identify and promote internal and external best practices (e.g., FMCG, automotive, retail) through workshops and case studies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, finance, and data teams to drive end-to-end alignment and stakeholder reporting.
