Key Responsibilities

•Lead and coordinate Buying improvement projects – define scope, create project plans, coordinate workstreams and ensure successful implementation from idea to delivery.
•Identify and translate business improvement opportunities – analyze current ways of working, gather requirements and develop practical solutions that improve procurement processes, supplier collaboration, governance and Buying capabilities.
•Drive change and continuous improvement – support teams in adopting new processes, tools and ways of working, while capturing best practices, lessons learned and opportunities for further improvement.
•Connect stakeholders and ensure alignment – collaborate with Category Management, Buying, Supply Chain and other departments, facilitate communication and support effective decision-making across project teams.
•Monitor and report project progress – manage risks, issues and dependencies, support project governance, and provide clear updates on milestones, outcomes and next steps.
