Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize end-to-end workflows and capabilities across R&D
- Apply service design methodologies to create user-centered, scalable solutions
- Create service blueprints, journey maps, and other design artifacts
- Translate business needs into integrated solutions across people, process, and technology
- Ensure alignment with broader transformation strategy and organizational goals
- Take a holistic, systems-level view of challenges and solutions
- Ensure solutions are grounded in real user needs through research, feedback, and iteration
- Identify interdependencies across teams, processes, and tools
- Ensure solutions are sustainable, scalable, and integrated into the broader ecosystem
- Lead, coordinate or support projects and programs from concept to implementation
- Drive delivery of digital and non-digital solutions using Agile and hybrid methodologies
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams to ensure successful rollout and adoption
- Balance strategic design with hands-on execution
- Drive change management and adoption strategies
- Engage and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization
- Manage resistance and ensure alignment through clear communication and storytelling
- Act as a bridge between business, digital, and operational teams
