  • •Ensure alignment with broader transformation strategy and organizational goals
  • •Take a holistic, systems-level view of challenges and solutions
  • •Ensure solutions are grounded in real user needs through research, feedback, and iteration
  • •Identify interdependencies across teams, processes, and tools
  • •Ensure solutions are sustainable, scalable, and integrated into the broader ecosystem
  • •Lead, coordinate or support projects and programs from concept to implementation
  • •Drive delivery of digital and non-digital solutions using Agile and hybrid methodologies
  • •Orchestrate cross-functional teams to ensure successful rollout and adoption
  • •Balance strategic design with hands-on execution
  • •Drive change management and adoption strategies
  • •Engage and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization
  • •Manage resistance and ensure alignment through clear communication and storytelling
  • •Act as a bridge between business, digital, and operational teams
