Key Responsibilities
- Lead packaging development projects with a consumer-first mindset.
- Lead large or complex projects with high independence, providing scenarios and recommendations.
- Deliver technically NPD, VE & Supply Chain projects through R&D governance.
- Lead from a packaging perspective Supply Chain projects, including equipment and filling lines commissioning.
- Support Packaging Development Team in developing new, improved, or cost-efficient packaging.
- Understand PPWR legislation and translate into technical concepts.
- Develop and implement industrialized packaging solutions with robust risk management.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships.
- Coach members of the wider packaging team.
