Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute consumer-centric European nutrition strategy across categories, ensuring alignment with company priorities.
- Partner with Global and Zone teams—including R&D, Growth, Regulatory, Legal, and Communications—to integrate nutrition into the business.
- Synthesize complex nutritional science into actionable insights for product innovation and reformulation projects.
- Communicate technical data through clear, compelling messages for non-technical audiences and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Design and deliver regular training programs to guide internal business partners on nutritional standards and trends.
- Identify and build relationships with key external stakeholders and represent the company within industry organizations.
- Monitor nutrition-related policy developments and emerging science to advise senior leadership on potential risks and to identify commercial opportunities.
- Leverage nutrition best practices from other zones by collaborating with the broader global nutrition community.
