Key Responsibilities
- Lead and work with a high performing team with autonomy and decision making
- Own P&L for the region and deliver annual sales target while protecting profitability
- Develop market and product knowledge to identify growth opportunities
- Manage distributor relationships and improve distributor management
- Partner with marketing team to control cross-functional sales drivers
- Partner with S&OP team to control forecast accuracy and ensure quality service
- Partner with finance team to control financial accruals and profitability
- Define and close Joint Business Plans and growth plans for 1-3 years
