Key Responsibilities
- Learning about Processing technologies and potential applications for the Kraft Heinz portfolio
- Data generation by performing pilot plant trials with different unit operations and the key unit operation under investigation
- Developing, validating and simulation of CFD / mathematical / data models for key unit operations under investigation
- Carrying out a techno-economic evaluation on the outcome generated by model
- Set conclusions and recommendations
- Sharing knowledge within the HIC and other departments (presentation and final report)
