Key Responsibilities

•Perform all aspects of mechanical, electrical and preventative types of maintenance on various high speed and packaging machinery
•Troubleshoot issues
•Read electrical prints and perform basic wiring up to 480 volts
•Prioritize PM and AM activities with the weekly schedule
•Coach and qualify AM and PM activities with employees within the process
•Actively participate in team goal setting/implementation to ensure low cost, high quality production
•Ensure quality of products and workplace by following all procedures and guidelines
•Comply with all established GMP, HACCP guidelines, Housekeeping responsibilities and Quality KHMS operating procedures
•Flexibility to occasionally adjust schedule to work with employees from all shifts as required
