Key Responsibilities

•Prepares statistical studies and economic forecasts of business conditions and trends and draws relevant conclusions
•Establishes regular monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, prepares ad-hoc financial estimates, budgets, and analyses
•Proposes improvements to systems and methods of work and analysis, and contributes to ensuring they are continuously adapted to business requirements
•Provides input to the development of long-range financial forecasts and related budgets, considering alternative scenarios and economic prospects
•Submits findings and interpretations for review
•Ownership of the logistics P&L in the assigned BUs
•Forecasting (monthly) and budgeting (annually) for the logistics costs
•Business partnering with the local teams, link financial results to operations KPIs
•Analysis of the actual costs, investigation and explanation of the variances to the forecast and budget
•Reporting monthly performance results to executives
•Implement and drive process improvement and controls
•Support month-end close activities, liaising with the logistics support teams and GBS
•Ad-hoc analysis and business cases review
