Key Responsibilities

•Own and govern the global management reporting framework, including definitions, standards, methodologies, and reporting cadences
•Define, maintain, and publish the global library of standardized financial KPIs, metrics, and reporting definitions
•Lead the design and governance of global reporting templates, packages, and dashboards
•Drive alignment of reporting structures and financial KPI definitions across Global FP&A, Global functional leads, zones, and business units
•Develop, publish, and maintain global reporting policies, standards, and controls
•Establish global reporting cadences and operating rhythms aligned to the enterprise planning calendar
•Define and enforce ownership and accountability models for global financial data elements, KPI definitions, and master data
•Monitor compliance with global reporting standards and drive remediation
•Serve as primary point of contact for Global FP&A and Global Functional leads on reporting standards
•Drive adoption and operationalization of global reporting standards through change management
•Develop and maintain training, guidance materials, and documentation
•Partner with Global FP&A, Global Functional leads, zone finance teams, and business unit finance
•Collaborate with Data Management Office, Finance IT, and Data Stewardship teams
•Continuously evaluate the global reporting framework for gaps and opportunities
•Benchmark global reporting practices against industry standards
•Lead cross-functional working groups and governance forums
•Mentor and develop team members
