Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement proactive strategy for external stakeholder engagement leveraging market trends, regulatory requirements and KH sustainability strategy.
•Proactively prepare narrative for IR conversations across ESG agenda in collaboration with central Investor Relations & Communication Team.
•Develop position statements for key topics with support of SME's across the organization.
•Brief leadership for engagements with external stakeholders.
•Manage library of ESG case studies to support external communication and inspire internal organization.
•Represent KraftHeinz in Investor/NGO discussions and external sustainability initiatives (e.g., WBCSD).
•Assess and develop Standard Operating Procedures across People, Product and Planet pillars to ensure readiness for external disclosures.
•Create/update KH externally facing policies with support of SME's.
•Capture risks & interventions across ESG agenda related to upcoming reporting framework requirements (TNFD, TCNFD, CSDR, EUDR, etc.).
