Key Responsibilities

  • •Research and define customs requirements for new trade lanes or territories
  • •Collaborate with logistics and external brokers to translate regulatory requirements into actionable workflows
  • •Investigate new regulations to stay ahead of potential barriers to entry
  • •Maintain customs blueprints for new markets in SAP/OTM/GTM
  • •Develop SOPs for customs activities in new regions
  • •Track success of new lane launches and identify bottlenecks
  • •Maintain accurate shipment data within ERP/TMS/WMS and ensure master data integrity
  • •Ensure compliance with labeling requirements, Incoterms, and import/export regulations
  • •Contribute to continuous improvement and support network optimization
  • •Partner cross-functionally with Customer Service, Demand Planning, Sales, Quality, and Finance
  • •Prepare for and support internal, customer, and regulatory audits
