Key Responsibilities

•Research and define customs requirements for new trade lanes or territories
•Collaborate with logistics and external brokers to translate regulatory requirements into actionable workflows
•Investigate new regulations to stay ahead of potential barriers to entry
•Maintain customs blueprints for new markets in SAP/OTM/GTM
•Develop SOPs for customs activities in new regions
•Track success of new lane launches and identify bottlenecks
•Maintain accurate shipment data within ERP/TMS/WMS and ensure master data integrity
•Ensure compliance with labeling requirements, Incoterms, and import/export regulations
•Contribute to continuous improvement and support network optimization
•Partner cross-functionally with Customer Service, Demand Planning, Sales, Quality, and Finance
•Prepare for and support internal, customer, and regulatory audits
