Key Responsibilities

  • •Join the Culinary R&D team in exploring and discovering new unforgettable taste for Taste Elevation category (sauces) and Meals category
  • •Work with a team of R&D chefs exploring new tastes, techniques or technologies
  • •Participate in the day to day of the Kitchen life and support chefs on daily projects
  • •Build and test a framework for Unique Selling Points (USP) and Reasons to Believe (RTB) for core Away-From-Home portfolio
  • •Document and present insights to key marketing and sales stakeholders
  • •Work alongside KHC Innovation Team creating new products and host food ideas
  • •Focus on specific technique/technology(ies) to understand impact on products, added value, and challenges
  • •Deliver insights on performance of technology and value proposition for consumers
  • •Look at implementation of technology through prototypes and host foods to market initiatives internally
