Key Responsibilities

•Shape and execute the HR data strategy, aligning with business goals and evolving technology, also in collaboration with KPMG Global.
•Lead HR reporting and analytics, overseeing the annual reporting calendar (external reporting and KPI/Management reporting), ensuring quality, and supporting strategic data requests.
•Act as the HR data liaison, connecting People & Culture with reporting, IT, data office and data governance teams to align definitions and processes.
•Drive knowledge management and innovation, maintaining a central HR data portal and promoting data literacy through mentoring and workshops.
•Deliver predictive insights, using advanced analytics to support workforce planning, retention, inclusion, and engagement strategies.
