Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and maintain sound business relationships at relevant levels within customer organizations.
  • •Develop, negotiate and implement Customer Business plans, including trading terms.
  • •Analyze information from internal and external sources to support Customer Business Plans.
  • •Implement category and brand strategies at key customers.
  • •Maintain and control sales promotional activities and promotional funds.
  • •Work with Demand Planning, Supply Chain and Customer Service on volume forecasts, order-to-cash and deliveries.
  • •Ensure all customer requirements are communicated and acted upon.
