•Conduct patent searches and assess freedom to operate to support innovation and product development.
•Apply instrumental and analytical techniques to characterize and validate product performance.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development activities with business objectives.
•Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to junior and mid-level team members.
•Proactively contribute to departmental success by identifying opportunities for innovation, process improvements, and sustainability initiatives.
