Key Responsibilities
- Execute all EMEA payroll processes for certain countries with support from local payroll services, ensuring timely execution
- Resolve payroll-related queries and issues, serving as main point of contact for international employees and third parties
- Maintain and update payroll data across systems
- Partner with Finance for audits, WKR, wage taxes, payroll reconciliation, month-end and year-end closing, rulings
- Support HR team with analyses, reports, benchmarks, performance management process, and projects
- Support creation and implementation of payroll, compensation, and benefits processes and policies; find solutions for ad-hoc payroll cases
- Assist with implementation of remaining payroll modules in HR System (Oracle)
- Stay up to date with local payroll regulations
- Lead setup of payroll in new regions if applicable
- Support ongoing Payroll Vendor Change projects and initiatives
- Perform Payroll Controls as per SOX Controls
- Handle payroll year-end activities
