Key Responsibilities
- Own inbound execution into KL warehouses, safeguarding service levels by ensuring timely transport planning, booking and inbounding.
- Maintain end-to-end visibility of supplier ship dates and ETAs, ensuring complete and accurate inbound master data in the ERP system.
- Lead inbound readiness during peak shipping periods by proactively identifying risks and driving cross-functional resolution.
- Create, place and maintain purchase orders accurately and on time, ensuring governance over key parameters.
- Translate inbound reports into actionable insights, challenge variances, spot data issues early, perform root-cause analysis.
- Partner with freight forwarders and warehouses to optimise inbound processes.
