•Lead senior operational engineering support for Legal Operations and Transformation, designing tools, workflows and automation that improve legal delivery.
•Translate Legal function requirements into practical technology solutions, prototypes, dashboards, automations and process improvements.
•Own technical design choices for assigned tools within agreed architecture, security, data and governance guardrails.
•Partner with Legal, Product, Tech, Data, Compliance and business stakeholders to prioritise use cases and convert them into deployable solutions.
•Monitor performance, adoption and reliability of legal operations tools, resolving issues and recommending improvements.
•Document solution design, user guidance and operating processes so that tools can be maintained and scaled.
