Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead the end-to-end supply chain across CEE & Trade Markets
- Provide functional leadership to in-market Supply Chain Leaders
- Ensure consistent, high-performance supply chain standards across diverse markets
- Partner closely with CEE & Trade Commercial Leaders and market leadership teams
- Play a critical role in Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
- Act as trusted advisor on supply chain implications of market decisions
- Lead cluster-wide strategies for asset deployment and utilization
- Drive standardization and best-practice sharing across markets
- Lead initiatives to optimize end-to-end cost-to-serve
- Identify structural cost improvement opportunities
- Balance service, growth, and cost trade-offs
- Partner with International and Global Supply Chain teams
- Lead, coach, and develop in-market supply chain leaders
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus
- Drive engagement and alignment across geographically and culturally diverse teams
