Key Responsibilities
- Ensures compliance with J&J WW financial, HCC and Business Conduct procedures
- Ensure correct reflection of financial performance by active engagement in month/quarter-end close process
- Strong partnership with Surgery Commercial teams in Belgium and the Netherlands
- Apply strong analytical skills to identify risks and opportunities
- Actively support all major finance updates (Business Plan, Quarterly Close, Latest Thinking) for Surgery business unit
- Monitor and steer fixed and working capital
- Leverage strong digital skills to identify and implement more efficient processes
- Demonstrate excellent use of Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Copilot and other digital tools
