•Manages the engineering function as the senior representative and provides engineering leadership for projects.
•Sets the strategy for engineering setting out and onsite control.
•Primary point of reference for QA, record keeping, and production ensuring Sisk Quality procedures.
•Takes responsibility for Temporary Works Control/Co-ordination and manages lifting operations.
•Ensures site and graduate engineers manage survey equipment.
•Ensures engineering team completes as-built surveys for key elements.
•Completes an individual daily diary.
•Reviews and creates Inspection & Test Plans.
•Controls components of the SISK Non-Conformance procedure and closes out NCRs.
•Issues Permits to break ground.
•Reviews and creates method statements and risk assessments.
•Identifies missing information and manages the project RFI process.
