Key Responsibilities

•Set creative and technical direction for UI/UX initiatives, balancing visual design with usability, performance, responsive behavior, accessibility, and technical feasibility
•Lead a mobile-first design approach across websites, applications, and omnichannel experiences
•Oversee scalable design systems, component libraries, Figma Variables, design tokens, and front-end handoffs
•Provide design leadership for complex e-commerce initiatives involving Shopify, Adobe Commerce, React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
