Key Responsibilities

•Design detailed CCTV system layouts, including camera placement, coverage maps, system schematics, and configurations tailored to client requirements.
•Manage CCTV and physical security projects end to end, from initial planning and design through deployment, completion, and support.
•Establish project timelines, coordinate resources, monitor progress, and keep clients and stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.
•Apply networking expertise to support reliable system deployments, including IP addressing, subnets, switches, routers, PoE, port forwarding, bandwidth, and storage considerations.
•Configure and troubleshoot network-connected CCTV infrastructure, including NVR and DVR systems.
•Prepare accurate project quotes, scopes of work, hardware bills of materials (BOMs), and cost estimates using relevant quoting and estimating tools.
•Select appropriate cameras, networking equipment, recording hardware, and other system components based on project requirements.
•Collaborate with field technicians and vendor partners to coordinate installation activities and resolve technical or operational issues.
•Communicate professionally with clients and project stakeholders through phone, video, and written channels, providing clear technical updates and support.
•Maintain accurate project documentation and use project management systems to track tasks, deadlines, resources, and deliverables.
